My work with Greg can be summarized by two words: framework and tools. He is a master of goal planning and time management.
I recommend Greg to anyone who wants to bring goals to reality!

At Quest Leadership Coaching we’re just
like you…
|
We have a clear
VISION: to help as many people
and organizations move from where they are to where God
wants them to be.
We have a distinct MISSION: to create lasting change in the lives of executives, and leaders at all levels of organizations.
And we place a VALUE on certain aspects of our personal and professional lives. Things like service to others, our relationship with friends and family, integrity, excellence, balance between life and work, respect for others, and a desire to take care of ourselves by challenging ourselves mentally, spiritually, and physically.
When you become a client you’ll experience an immediate sense of collaboration, a partnership that will more easily enable you to identify challenges, bring clarity to your ideal circumstances, brainstorm potential solutions, and develop a workable action plan. |

I’m Greg Atchison, and I was introduced to executive coaching in 2002 when I hired my own coach. I was working harder than ever, but getting nowhere. My coach helped me to find value and contentment in my work, assisted in developing my prioritization and time management skills, helped me improve my self-esteem by recognizing that I had all the skills and answers within myself, and finally helped me to make the
move to the executive ranks within our company.
|
As president of Quest Leadership Coaching, I want to help you do the same thing. I play the role of change agent, taking my clients to levels of performance they never thought possible. |
I earned my Ph.D. in Organization
and Management with a specialization in Leadership, and
hold master's degrees in Management and Procurement and
Acquisition Management. In addition, I am a graduate of
the University of Texas at Dallas' graduate program for
Professional and Executive Coaching, and hold the
designation of Associate Certified Coach from the
International Coach Federation. On Sunday's you'll find
me at First Baptist of Wentzville, where I serve as a
deacon and co-leader of our Ministry to Men.
As a member of the International Coach Federation,
Christian Coaches Network, St. Louis Coaching network,
American Society for Training & Development, Academy of
Management, and local Chamber of Commerce, my passion is
to coach leaders and managers of small- and
medium-businesses, owners of family-owned businesses,
and leaders of ministries and nonprofit organizations.
Now, what’s your passion? What drives you to succeed? What are your strengths? Quest Leadership Coaching can help you bring these and other critical answers to the surface and give them a new luster, so you can experience unprecedented success.
